Beauliu reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors when they are discovered. If an order is affected by a material error, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing payment. Once an order has been submitted, processing may begin according to our standard fulfillment schedule.

An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order. Beauliu may review an order before fulfillment and may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Beauliu reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory limitations, payment issues, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances that prevent proper fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully processed, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and our applicable refund procedures.

Customers who need to request a change or cancellation should contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Requests cannot always be accommodated after an order has entered processing or shipment.

7. Payment

Beauliu accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed for fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

Beauliu does not knowingly request or require customers to provide payment-card information through email or other unsecured communication channels.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally handled within 1 business day. Standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 2–6 business days after shipment.

Standard shipping is offered at a $6.99 flat rate. Depending on the shipment and destination, delivery may be provided by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

The standard order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends and applicable holidays may enter processing on the next applicable business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, seasonal volume, address issues, and other circumstances may affect the final delivery date.

9. Returns & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions described in Beauliu's Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed.

Beauliu does not charge a restocking fee or refund processing fee for approved returns.

Customers should review the complete Return & Refund Policy before submitting a return request because eligibility may depend on the condition of the merchandise and other applicable requirements.

10. Intellectual Property
