You may request an order change as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes are subject to the current processing status. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify it.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already been delivered, the applicable return process may be used when the order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Beauliu currently accepts PayPal as the available payment method at checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, PayPal account, and the payment options presented by PayPal during checkout. Follow the payment instructions displayed through PayPal to determine the options available to you.

If a payment is not successfully authorized, the order may not be processed. Review your PayPal account and available funding source, then try again if an available option is provided.

Beauliu currently offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99.

Orders generally require 1 business day for handling before they are handed to the shipping carrier.

After the handling period, estimated transit time is generally 2–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside Beauliu's control.

Beauliu's order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after the applicable cut-off may be handled on the next business day.

Orders may be delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on fulfillment and delivery requirements.

When tracking is available, shipment tracking information may be provided after the order has been shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the applicable carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.

First, check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or other areas where the carrier may have left the package.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the applicable carrier and Beauliu with your order and tracking information so the delivery can be reviewed.

Eligible items may generally be returned within 60 days according to the requirements of Beauliu's Return & Refund Policy.

Beauliu does not charge a restocking fee or refund processing fee for an approved refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 12 days. Once the refund has been processed, the time required for funds to appear may also depend on PayPal or the applicable payment provider.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Contact Beauliu as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue. If appropriate, we may request photographs or other information to evaluate the condition of the item and determine the appropriate resolution.

Product availability may change due to inventory levels, demand, fulfillment limitations, or other operational factors. A product shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is completed or processed.
