Payment Methods

1. PayPal

PayPal is currently the only payment method available at Beauliu checkout. When you select PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal or presented with a PayPal payment interface to complete the transaction.

Depending on your PayPal account, location, account settings, and applicable PayPal services, PayPal may offer different funding options for completing a transaction. The payment options displayed to you are determined by PayPal and may vary.

2. How to Pay with PayPal

To complete a purchase using PayPal, follow the payment instructions presented during checkout. A typical payment process includes:

1. Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and review your order information.
3. Select PayPal as the available payment method.
4. Continue to the PayPal payment interface when prompted.
5. Sign in to your PayPal account or use an available PayPal payment option.
6. Review the transaction details shown by PayPal.
7. Authorize the payment to complete the transaction.
8. Return to Beauliu after payment has been completed when prompted.

3. Payment Authorization

An order is not considered fully paid until the payment has been successfully authorized through PayPal and the payment status is received by Beauliu.

If PayPal does not authorize the transaction, the order may not be processed. You may need to review your PayPal account, select another available funding source within PayPal, or contact PayPal directly for assistance.

4. Order Confirmation

After a successful payment and order submission, Beauliu may send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

Receiving an order confirmation means that the order has been received by our system. It does not prevent Beauliu from reviewing an order for issues such as payment verification, product availability, pricing errors, or other fulfillment requirements.

5. Payment and Order Security

Payment transactions are handled through PayPal's payment environment. Beauliu does not require customers to send complete payment-card details or PayPal login credentials to us by email or through customer support.

For your security, never provide your PayPal password, security codes, or other confidential account credentials to anyone claiming to represent Beauliu.

6. Payment Information and Privacy

Information associated with a payment may be processed by PayPal in accordance with PayPal's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Beauliu may receive transaction-related information necessary to identify an order, confirm payment status, provide customer support, and manage refunds or other order-related activities.

7. Payment Issues

If your payment does not go through, first review the payment information and account status shown by PayPal. Common causes of an unsuccessful payment may include:

• Insufficient funds or an unavailable funding source
• PayPal account restrictions
• Payment authorization failure
• Incorrect or outdated account information
• Security or verification requirements imposed by PayPal
• Temporary technical issues

If PayPal indicates that the issue is related to your account or payment source, you may need to contact PayPal directly for further assistance.

8. Duplicate Payment or Duplicate Order

If you believe you have accidentally submitted the same order more than once or believe that a payment may have been duplicated, contact Beauliu promptly with the relevant order information.

We will review the available transaction and order information and determine the appropriate next step based on the status of the orders and payments involved.

9. Refunds

When a refund is approved under the Beauliu Return & Refund Policy or another applicable order adjustment, the refund will generally be issued through the original payment method.

Beauliu's standard refund processing period is within 12 days. Beauliu does not charge a refund processing fee or restocking fee for an approved refund.

After Beauliu processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's PayPal account may depend on PayPal and other applicable payment-processing circumstances.

10. Currency and Exchange Rates

The order total presented during checkout is the amount associated with your Beauliu purchase. If your PayPal account or funding source uses a different currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion process and applicable exchange rate.

Any exchange-rate differences, currency conversion charges, or related fees imposed by PayPal or another financial institution are outside Beauliu's control.

11. Payment Verification

Beauliu may review transaction information when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraudulent transactions, verify an order, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

If additional verification is required, an order may be temporarily delayed while the issue is reviewed. Orders that cannot be appropriately verified may be cancelled where permitted.

12. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that your PayPal account has been used without your authorization, contact PayPal promptly and follow its procedures for reporting unauthorized activity.

You may also contact Beauliu if the suspected unauthorized transaction is associated with an order placed through our website so that we can review the relevant order information.

13. Payment Policy Updates

Beauliu may update the payment methods available on the website as our payment-processing arrangements change. If additional payment methods become available, they may be displayed directly during checkout.
